The kit comes with easy-to-follow 9-step instructions. You cleanse the lashes, place under-eye pads, attach the lift pads with glue, shape the lashes with a Y brush, then apply perming lotion #1 and fixing lotion #2, each left on for 10 minutes under plastic wrap. Finish by removing residue with the cleanser and nourishing the lashes with lotion #3.
