This kit combines two effects: eyelash curling and dyeing. The tint can be used on both eyelashes and eyebrows, while the lash lift portion is for eyelashes only and should not be used on brows.

The tint is mixed from cream dye and creme oxidant. For eyelashes the ratio is 1:1, and for eyebrows it is 1:2. Eyelash tint is left on for about 15 minutes, and eyebrow tint for only 10 minutes. The lash lift steps use a cleanser, perm solution, fixative, a silicone pad, eyelash glue, a Y-shaped brush and a nutritional lotion.
