Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you browse boitgo.com or buy from us. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

boitgo.com is operated by Marktten LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Marktten LLC, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We sell to consumers for personal use only; products are not sold for resale. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale.

We deliver only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. We will email you an order confirmation; that email confirms we received your order but is not our acceptance of it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, before dispatch, for example if:

  • a product is out of stock or no longer available from our supplier;
  • the price or product information shown was clearly wrong because of an error;
  • we cannot verify your payment or suspect fraud;
  • the delivery address is outside our shipping area.

If we cancel all or part of an order, we will tell you and refund any amount charged for the cancelled items to your original payment method.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in US dollars. Standard tracked shipping is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you pay.

We work hard to keep prices accurate. If we find an error in the price of an item you ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice of buying at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. Your payment method is charged when you place your order. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping and risk of loss

Orders ship from our supplier warehouses in the United States. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, but delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships. See our delivery information for details.

Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you when the products are delivered to the address you gave us. Please check your delivery address carefully; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address you provided.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. If you return an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Full details, including how to start a return, are in our returns policy. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Product information and images

We try to describe and display products accurately. Product photos are for illustration; colors may look different on your screen, and sizes, finishes and packaging may vary slightly from the images. Measurements are approximate. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, you can return it under our returns policy at our cost.

Warranties

Some products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Where one is provided, its terms are set by the manufacturer and we will help you make a claim.

Otherwise, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are sold "as is" without additional warranties from us. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any implied warranty (such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) or other right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Some states do not allow such exclusions, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order; and
  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and let us know promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Please keep your contact and delivery details up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in bulk, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The site's content, including text, design, logos and our own photos, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, applies to orders placed after it is published. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the state where you live.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at [email protected]; most issues can be resolved quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, either of us may bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction, including a small claims court. There is no mandatory arbitration and no class-action waiver in these terms.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
