There are pointed toe flats with a bow in knit and woven flyknit, round toe slip-on mesh flats, and soft round toe loafers with a low heel in seven colors. For something sportier there are lace-up mesh sneakers with a flat heel, including butterfly-print and colorblock plaid versions. The range also has plush-lined flat ankle snow boots, embroidered western boots with a chunky square heel, crocodile-pattern wedge sandals and thick-soled beach flip flops. Sizes are listed in European sizing, mostly 36 to 43, so check the size chart before ordering. House slippers are in bags and shoes. Shipping is free within the contiguous US.

Is shipping free on women's shoes?

Yes. Standard tracked shipping is free on every order to the 48 contiguous states and DC. Any sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time, or on weekends and federal holidays, are dispatched the next business day, and each product page shows an estimated delivery date.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from our suppliers' warehouses in the United States straight to your door, so there are no customs charges. We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC; Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are not served yet.

Can I return shoes that don't fit?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Email us your order number and we will send the return address.
