Without the electrics there are winter fleece jackets, a hooded fleece zip-up, a zip-up cargo jacket with a detachable hood, a dark gray woolen jacket, a lapel wool blend sports jacket, a fleece-lined plaid jacket and a mid-length trench coat. For layering there are knit and cable knit sweaters, fleece-lined pullovers and zip or pullover hoodies. Dressier pieces include a stand collar leather jacket and single or double-breasted suit jackets. Heated jackets need a power source such as a USB power bank, which is not always included, so check the product page. Shirts are in men's short sleeve shirts.

Is shipping free on men's jackets?

Yes. Standard tracked shipping is free on every order to the 48 contiguous states and DC. Any sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time, or on weekends and federal holidays, are dispatched the next business day, and each product page shows an estimated delivery date.

Can I return a jacket that does not fit?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Email us your order number and we will send the return address.
