This insulated food warmer cabinet has a stainless steel frame with tempered glass walls and doors, so customers can see the food while it is held at serving temperature. Two removable shelves let you arrange items to suit your menu. The overall size is 24 x 15 x 20 in (61 x 38 x 51 cm).

The temperature adjusts from 86°F to 185°F (30°C to 85°C), and thermostatic mode holds the temperature you select. The warmer is rated 800W, 110V, 60Hz. A built-in bulb holder takes a 25W bulb to light the display, and a spare bulb is included. Heat emission holes on the top and a removable bottom tray with holes help with heat dissipation, and the tray collects oil and dregs. Empty the tray in time to avoid oil buildup.
