This multi-functional power cage has a steel frame built from 50x50 mm square steel. It assembles to 55.1 in long, 43.3 in wide, and 86.6 in high, with an inside cage space of 41.3 in by 39.7 in. The steel is painted and pickled so it is not easy to rust.

The rack includes a pull-up bar, J-hooks, and galvanized safety bars. The frame is rated for 1000 lb, the pull-up bars for 300 lb, the J-hooks for 500 lb, and the safety bars for 800 lb. Twelve holes for the safety bars let you set the height for squats, shrugs, chin-ups and pull-ups, and incline or decline bench presses. The holes are 1 in in size and spaced 3.14 in apart.

Four rubber foot supports keep the rack stable during training and protect the floor from scratches. The pull-up bar and the two rear bars fit common lat pull-down attachments.
