This neon LED open sign uses red and blue LEDs to draw attention. The red OPEN letters are surrounded by blue LEDs, and two lighting modes are available: entire static and partial flashing.

Setup is plug and play. Hang the sign with the included metal chain, plug it in and turn on the black ON/OFF switch on the power cable for static mode. Turn on the red ON/OFF switch on the side of the sign to switch to partial flashing mode.
