This pillow is filled with gel-infused blue shredded memory foam that gives rebound and softness while supporting the neck and helping align the spine. A long zipper and wide opening let you add or remove foam to set the height and density you want. It suits side, back, stomach and pregnant sleepers.

The cover is double-sided. One side is cooling fiber for warm nights, and the other is soft bamboo fiber for spring, autumn and winter. The inside cover is milk fiber. The outer cover is removable and machine washable, and it does not shrink after cleaning.

The pillow ships compressed. To help it fluff up, gently pat and shake it for 20 minutes and stretch it slightly in all directions.
